I had my diamond come out and took it to Infinity Diamonds for repair. The service was friendly and efficient and the repair was reasonably priced and the work was amazing. Please go see Pat and Carl! They are great.

Karl is foreal. I’m from Canada and buy gold and diamonds all over and Karl keeps everything honest. I’ve never met someone like that in this type of business. I will not being going anywhere else from now on! Thank you Karl,Ethan and Beth

They did an amazing job resetting my ring. I couldn’t be more thrilled. Fast, professional, knowledgeable service. I will never go anywhere else. Great value all around.

Love it..love it..love it!!! For our 40th wedding anniversary we had my original engagement ring reset with two rubies. Karl the owner was great to give ideas. Communication and turn around time was excellent!Already in the process of getting another piece reset to match my desired look!!

Excellent customer service and helped me with everything I needed to find the perfect ring for my wife. Highly recommend Infinity Diamonds.

I had two rings that I’ve had for years and I wanted to update the center stone in one and have the old stone put into a new setting. Carl was able to help me make both of these things happen. I am so happy with both of my new rings! He also bought some gold from my mom and me. He was so fair with pricing. Everything was completed quickly and with quality. I couldn’t be happier. He’s a real professional and takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend!

This is a long overdue review, Karl the owner of Infinity Diamonds is such an honest, outgoing, caring, and friendly person. I had the best experience with him. My engagement ring and wedding band were priced reasonably and you can tell Karl just isn’t out for your money, he wants to give you what’s best for you for your price range while also giving his professional opinion on what looks best, he truly cares the most about your experience. When it came to the custom wedding band that I designed with Karl for my wife, he went out of his way to make sure that it was perfect and did it in the perfect time. I will continue to recommend people and also continue to buy jewelry from Karl. I recommend anyone to go here for whatever you are looking for. 5 STARS

Amazing experience! I was super hesitant to leave my ring to be resized anywhere but infinity diamonds made my mind at ease & the process very easy! Thank you so much!

Amazing service and communication, had a custom wedding ring made and was a very smooth detailed process. Karl is a true professional you can trust, I am definitely getting all my jewelry from him from now on. He hand selects the best diamonds and the ring came out phenomenal, we couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

My wife and I brought in her 32 year old wedding ring that was worn and damaged. Her diamond had fallen out and the band itself was so thin it was in danger of breaking. Karl did the repair work and returned this precious momento off our love to perfection. My wife and I were thrilled! I highly recommend infinity diamonds to everyone!

I couldn't be more thankful to have met Karl at Infinity Diamonds! After going to both Dunkin Diamonds + Kay Jewelers where they told me it wasn't possible to have a stone set in the center of my engagement ring, I paid a visit to Infinity per recommendation. Karl not only educated me about why this ring was unique, he assured me he could get it done, AND in the same day just before I left the country! I am sooo in love with my engagement ring now and it's due in part to Karl's care for his customers. He has me as a client for life now. Thanks again, Karl!Check the photo in the shop + final result. 10/10 !!

First off would like to thank Karl Vice for helping me make an amazing engagement ring purchase. He was able to take what I wanted from a few pictures and ideas and turn it into reality. He was able to make the process quick and easy. The ring was also next day delivered! I couldn't have ask for a better experience. I was already nervous about proposing and making such a large purchase but Karl was able ease my mind and can't thank him enough. Would highly recommend if looking for any type of jewelry purchase.

Was in Port Charolette on a business trip and stopped in to look, ended up buying my engagement ring here. This was the first piece of jewelry I've ever really bought in my life, and had been a stressful process over the past few weeks. Atleast it was until I went into Infinity Diamonds. Mr. Vice was professional and welcoming, educating me on what to buy and where value was in the rings. He was incredibly generous on his pricing, and helped work with me to get the ring of my dreams for my now fiancee. I would recommend him to anyone, and will drive 10 hours back down here to continue to give him business in the future.

I came in to get an appraisal and ended up purchasing a new diamond wedding band! Carl is very cordial and knowledgeable. Plus, he has the best prices anywhere!
